We are looking for a licensed Architect or experienced architectural professional to join our team. This role involves producing precise architectural drawings, coordinating MEP layouts, and ensuring meticulous measurement verification. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction documentation and interior architecture, bridging conceptual design with technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- •Utilize existing SketchUp models to develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, and construction details
- •Verify all measurements for electrical, plumbing, and structural elements to ensure accuracy
- •Collaborate with US-based clients, vendors, and internal team members to interpret project goals and address client needs
- •Ensure design intent is maintained through the construction documentation phase
- •Prepare high-quality client presentations, including 3D mock-ups and renderings
- •Assist in preparing project quotes and ensuring adherence to the full project workflow
- •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, building technologies, and architectural best practices
- •Handle project documentation, record-keeping, and vendor management
Key Qualifications
- •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or related field) with 2-3 years of professional experience
- •Proven experience working directly with US-based architecture firms, developers, or clients
- •Knowledge of US building standards, imperial units, and architectural workflows
- •Strong creative vision balanced with technical precision
- •Demonstrated ability to manage complex project workflows with high attention to detail
