As part of the Software Engineering team you will lead the development of scalable applications that support global tax and business solutions. As a Manager, you will provide technical guidance, mentor your team, and secure the delivery of top-quality features while collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet business objectives.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience in in software development and project delivery, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft-based technologies, including: C#, .NET (Core/6.0 or later), ASP.NET, Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, API Management), SQL Server and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CosmosDB, or similar)
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Deep understanding of application integration using REST APIs and microservices-based architecture.
- Strong grasp of software design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.) and secure coding practices.
- Clear understanding of Domain Driven Design.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to manage technical delivery while handling competing priorities in a global, matrixed organization.
What Sets You Apart
