Technical Support Engineer (Windows Linux) Madrid / WFH to €35,000

You could be progressing your career at a global tech company that produces number plate recognition and AI video analytics products used by emergency services and law enforcement.
As a Technical Support Engineer you'll focus on working with customers during the onboarding phase to instal the software and then provide ongoing product support to a global client base. You'll cover a range of issues from L1 through to L3, working with Windows and Linux operating systems, PostgreSQL databases and Networking systems.
You will also be responsible for supporting internal users, onboarding and offboarding staff within the internal infrastructure.
Location / WFH:
You can work from home most of the time, meeting up regularly (around twice a month) in the Madrid office.
About you:
- You have experience of proving technical support to customers in a product based environment
- You have experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems
- You also have a good working knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and Networking technologies such as TCP/IP, multicast
- You have fluent English language skills and also have Spanish to B1/B2 level
- You're eager to learn and progress your career in technical support
