The Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant works closely with the Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing teams. They aim to drive revenue for the organization and develop strong brand awareness and successful marketing campaigns.

  • Timely response and provide accurate information on the companys products and services via phone, messages, and email queries from ****
  • Handles orders of field sales, partners/dealers, and franchisees
  • Provide proposals to retail orders and route to proper internal departments depending on the clients concern/s in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the Shipping arrangements.
  • Assist walk-ins of Tenbuild clients, inquiries, after-sales, and return and exchange items within warranty.
  • Manage catalog, website, Lazada, Shopee (Price and inventory update, uploading of new stocks, platform maintenance, and others)
  • Maintaining a health scorecard in Lazada and Shopee.
  • Serve as a point of contact between online clients and internal departments.
  • Engaging with their client and creating a positive relationship with them.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels
  • Keeping track of online marketing trends.
  • Prepare data needed for the Monthly Business Review with the Sales team and other sales channels.
  • Follow the Customer and Internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintaining client records and compiling weekly and monthly reports.
  • Participating in any required meetings and training.
  • Prepare Daily Cash in reports.
  • Any other related task assigned by the Management.
  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce Customer Service
  • Knowledgeable in social media and E-commerce Platforms
  • Experience in handling online queries and email messages
  • Able to work independently and ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Ability to work overtime during regular days and holidays when required.
