Qualifications
Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering
Minimum of 1 year of experience in project implementation
Knowledgeable in CCTV and Access Control Systems
Has good communication skills
Willing to work overtime as needed
With commission incentives and load allowance
This is a project-based contract
Duties And Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily site operations and manpower
Ensure work is executed based on approved plans, schedule, and specifications
Break down project scope into daily tasks and monitor progress
Plan, request, and control materials to avoid shortages and wastage
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship
Enforce safety rules and conduct daily toolbox meetings
Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and other teams
Prepare reports, documentation, and support progress billing (FWAR)
Identify delays, issues, and variation orders; implement solutions
Assist in testing, commissioning, and project close-out activitie
