We're in need of a receptionist with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a welcoming personality to be the first point of contact to guests and customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors professionally to ensure a positive first impression.
  • Manage calls, inquiries, messages, and visitor registration or access concerns.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling, data entry, and directory updates.
  • Receive deliveries, guide visitors to the right personnel, and support communication during emergencies.
  • Follow building regulations, assist in crowd control, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • College graduate, preferably in Tourism, or related courses.
  • At least 1 year experience in reception, administration roles and office management roles (experience with Residentials, Hotels and Commercial is a plus).
  • Can handle a fast paced environment while handling customers.
  • Good communication skills, quick thinking and efficient problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work long hours.
  • Can start ASAP.
