Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology company focused on connecting nursing homes and long-term care facilities with qualified staffing solutions. They are scaling their U.S. outreach and seeking skilled SDRs to drive discovery calls and booked meetings with directors of nursing and administrators.
This role is critical to expanding access to their services while maintaining high-quality, personalized outreach.
Need to have qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience as an SDR or in high-volume outbound sales, preferably with U.S. healthcare providers or related organizations
- Proven track record of making 130–150+ calls per day and booking qualified meetings
- Excellent English communication skills with minimal accent, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining a natural, persuasive tone
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in long-term care or nursing home outreach
- Experience with Dialpad or other telephony platforms for cold calling
- Familiarity with lead enrichment, research tools, or AI-driven prospecting solutions
- Experience in remote SDR teams with structured coaching and performance tracking
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 130–150 outbound calls daily to directors of nursing, administrators, and other decision-makers
- Qualify leads and book discovery or demo calls based on internal criteria
- Follow scripts and messaging approved by the company while adding a personable, human touch
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize call strategies and improve conversion rates
- Participate in role-play exercises, coaching sessions, and feedback loops to continuously improve performance
