Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Ethics & Integrity case management database and tracking systems.
  • Monitor the progress and status of ethics-related cases and investigations to ensure timely closure and compliance with established service levels.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics related to case volume, resolution timelines, trends, and outcomes.
  • Analyze data to identify recurring issues, risk areas, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance case management, reporting, and governance practices.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Psychology, Human Resources, Legal Management, Criminology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in compliance, investigations support, audit, risk management, governance, HR, data analytics, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data quality
