Manage and maintain the Ethics & Integrity case management database and tracking systems.
Monitor the progress and status of ethics-related cases and investigations to ensure timely closure and compliance with established service levels.
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics related to case volume, resolution timelines, trends, and outcomes.
Analyze data to identify recurring issues, risk areas, and opportunities for process improvement.
Recommend process improvements to enhance case management, reporting, and governance practices.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Psychology, Human Resources, Legal Management, Criminology, Statistics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in compliance, investigations support, audit, risk management, governance, HR, data analytics, or a related function.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
