Contract Type: Full-Time Contract

Job Overview
We’re seeking a confident and high-performing Sales Representative to join one of our client’s teams — a fast-growing automotive detailing and protection company specializing in premium vehicle care services. This role focuses on handling inbound leads, converting inquiries into booked appointments, and closing sales for high-ticket automotive services including ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, and auto detailing.
You’ll work directly with the business owner and collaborate with the marketing team to maximize conversion rates from Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, highly responsive, and confident on the phone, with the ability to build trust quickly and guide customers naturally through the sales process without sounding overly scripted or pushy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales
- Respond quickly to inbound leads generated through Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns
- Contact new leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities
- Conduct phone consultations with prospective customers
- Educate customers on automotive detailing and protection services
- Recommend suitable services based on customer needs and vehicle types
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments and closed sales
- Maintain strong follow-up processes to prevent missed opportunities
Phone Sales & Customer Communication
- Handle inbound and follow-up calls professionally and confidently
- Build rapport naturally with customers while maintaining authority and trust
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with minimal hesitation
- Position the business as a trusted expert in premium automotive services
- Handle objections effectively and guide conversations toward conversion
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Manage leads and sales opportunities within GoHighLevel CRM
- Update lead stages, notes, and communication records accurately
- Maintain organized follow-up schedules and pipeline visibility
- Ensure all qualified leads are tracked and nurtured consistently
Collaboration & Sales Optimization
- Work closely with the business owner and marketing team
- Share customer feedback and sales insights to improve campaign performance
- Identify trends in objections, winning offers, and successful messaging
- Contribute ideas to improve scripts, workflows, and sales strategies
Must-Haves
- 3–5 years of experience in phone sales, inbound sales, appointment setting, or high-ticket closing
- Strong ability to convert warm and cold inbound leads over the phone
- Experience handling high lead volumes efficiently
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and trustworthy phone presence
- Strong objection-handling and active listening skills
- Experience using CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
- Comfortable following scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
- Highly proactive, responsive, and performance-driven
- Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up consistency
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced sales environment
