Duties And Responsibilities

Monitor project budget
Review the contract and specifications in their entirety
Assist the Operations Manager, the Project Manager, and the Project Manager as required
Assist with quantity reporting, project cost, and forecasting.
Review billings, quotations, purchase requests, and subcontractor costs
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Evaluate project risks that may impact costs
Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements
Maintain accurate cost records and documentation
Support tendering and bidding activities through cost analysis

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in cost engineering, quantity surveying, or project cost control
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cost management software
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Good communication and reporting abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
