Principal Activities

Safety:
Always ensure zero accident and zero incident.
Training to operators on Safety and uses of PPE’s, JDI’s, Proactive observation.
Submit Safety Proactive observations as per task
Quality:
After Testing, Check pump performance with respect to pump model and check pump performance with respect to Customer requirement.
Ensure pump performance is as per customer requirement to clear the pump for painting and final Q.C
Check the approved document and ensure approved documents are ok before inspection.
Ensure no hold points in inspection.
Submit pump performance documents as per customer requirement.
Ensure correctness of pump assembly with correct BOM and as per Customer requirement.
Delivery:
Execute daily Assembly plan with ref to plan given by Planning Dept.
Execute daily Testing Plan with ref to Plan given by Planning Dept.
Execute daily Painting plan with ref to Plan given by Planning Dept.
Daily distribute workload to workers.
Material process time is done as per the lead time defined in the Routings OTD.
Cost:
Submit JDI as per task for improvement.
Reduce ideal time, reduce change over time, Reduce setup time
People:
Team Building and culture of Accountability
Multiskilling- Lean, machine tool and fixturing for the employees
Daily distribute workload to Manpower.
