Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Mid-Level or
Senior Backend Developer to join a fast-growing product team. The role focuses on
backend development using
C#,
.NET 8/9,
Azure SQL, and
Azure cloud infrastructure. You will contribute to scalable
web-based applications, design and integrate
REST APIs, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to backend development initiatives within a dedicated technical team.
- Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high code quality.
- Design, build, and integrate REST APIs for scalable web-based applications.
- Take ownership of technical decisions and backend architecture within the team scope.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams across the organization.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with C# and .NET, preferably .NET 8/9.
- Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, Grafana, or APM tools.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining web-based applications.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, including both integration and design.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive outcomes.
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Azure, Service Bus, Docker, or Bitbucket.
- Exposure to Azure AI Search or Apache Lucene.
