We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our sales operations by ensuring efficient processes and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and processing orders.
- Manage the companys CRM tool to prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support the organization of sales events, meetings, and presentations.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide relevant product or service information.
- Perform other tasks necessary to support the sales team in achieving group goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales support or administrative role (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
