We are looking for individuals with hands-on GDS experience and a strong customer-first mindset who can assist travelers with bookings, inquiries, and travel-related concerns while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to travel bookings and reservations
Support corporate travel clients with travel-related concerns and requests
Utilize GDS tools for booking, modifications, and travel management tasks
Provide accurate information regarding travel policies, regulations, and travel requirements
Assist customers with travel insurance, loyalty programs, and itinerary concerns
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Job Requirements
High School Graduate or College Graduate
Minimum of 1 year overall work experience with GDS experience
At least 1 year of customer support experience
Experience Supporting Corporate Travel Clients Is Required
Hands-on experience using GDS tools
Strong understanding of customer experience and customer service principles
Knowledge of international travel regulations, travel insurance, and loyalty programs
Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay
