Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: Philippines - Angeles

Schedule: Night shift


Job description:

Overall Responsibilities

  • Provides overall leadership and management of the Labor Relations team
  • Manages and directly handles labor cases, including representation and participation in SENA, NLRC, and other labor-related hearings and proceedings
  • Oversees, guides, and supports the team in handling employee cases, ensuring strict compliance with due process requirements; includes evaluation and decision-making on case outcomes
  • Manages and ensures the achievement of the Labor Relations team’s KPIs and performance targets
  • Reviews company policies, processes, the Code of Discipline, Employee Manual, and related guidelines, and recommends enhancements aligned with labor laws and best practices
  • Coordinates closely with DOLE, HR, and Legal teams, and provides sound recommendations and proposed resolutions to Management
  • Analyzes various labor relations scenarios and determines the most appropriate courses of action in accordance with applicable labor laws, standards, and company policies
  • Oversees and guides the conduct of exit interviews, with particular emphasis on compliance with the Non-Involvement Clause
  • Prepares, reviews, and manages labor-related and administrative reports, including payroll-related reports, DTR validation, DOLE submissions, and other required documentation


Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resources, with a focus on labor and employee relations
  • Demonstrable leadership potential, with experience in overseeing HR tasks or mentoring junior staff
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools, coupled with advanced use of office management software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise HR operations and uphold organizational standards
