Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Materials, Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
Master’s degree or relevant technical training is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of FPC manufacturing, especially upper and plating processes is an advantage.
Good understanding of electro/electroless plating, chemical process control, surface treatment, and wet process operations
Skilled in root cause analysis, process optimization, SPC, FMEA, and DOE
Familiar with quality systems, process documentation, and engineering change control
Proficient in data analysis and reporting
At least 8 years of relevant experience in FPC/PCB or other manufacturing.
At least 3–5 years in a managerial role in process engineering or other relevant.
Experience in upper process and plating/wet process is an advantage.
Proven experience in process improvement, yield improvement, defect reduction, and team management.
