Tax Filing and Compliance

Prepare and file tax returns (e.g., VAT, income tax, withholding taxes) in compliance with local regulations.
Reconcile tax accounts and ensure accurate computation of tax liabilities.
Monitor deadlines for tax payments and filings to avoid penalties.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure company compliance.
Assist in audits and resolve tax-related queries from government authorities

Accounts Payable Monitoring

Process and record invoices accurately and promptly.
Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement to supplier and vendors.
Reconcile accounts payable balances with supplier statements.
Review expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments for payment approvals and dispute resolution.

Financial Reporting and Reconciliation

Coordination and Collaboration

Work closely with finance team to ensure smooth workflows.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.

With personable demeanor, outgoing personality and charismatic attitude
Possess excellent communication skills
Must be willing to be trained as a sales designer/sales associate
Amenable to cold calling/going out to attend client meetings
Preferably with sales background
Persuasion ability
Furniture retail familiarity
Good math skills, and customer service
Willing to be assigned in Pasig or Makati area
Willing to work at 10am-7pm schedule
Can start as soon as possible
