Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or any related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of construction costing, contracts, project management, and risk control.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Power BI and Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze project cost estimates and budgets.
- Manage tender processes and evaluate bids from contractors.
- Monitor project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure financial feasibility of projects.
- Prepare periodic cost reports and forecasts for project stakeholders.
