What You’ll Be Doing


Reporting to a UK based manager to keep our fast-paced projects moving seamlessly. This is a highly collaborative role combining administrative mastery and executive-level coordination.

Your daily responsibilities includes:

  • Championing Operations: Keep your finger on the pulse of monthly schedules and milestones, ensuring our projects cross the finish line seamlessly.
  • Connecting People: Own the operational inboxes, crafting warm, professional responses that keep clients, engineers, and suppliers perfectly aligned.
  • Setting Up Success: Manage calendars, coordinate virtual meetings, and transform discussions into clear, actionable next steps for the team.
  • Keeping Momentum: Proactively collaborate across departments, helping everyone stay on track and driving tasks forward with a positive approach.
  • Sharing Insights: Maintain digital trackers and compile clear, helpful summaries that keep leadership informed and inspired.


What You’ll Bring


  • At least 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Coordinator. (We’d love it if you have a background in field services, trades, or facilities management)
  • Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build positive, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stellar organizational skills and a knack for happily managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced setting.
  • Great comfort with remote collaboration tools, online calendars, and standard office software.
  • A reliable, high-integrity professional who can be trusted with confidential company information.


Bonus Points For


  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRM software, or service-management platforms.
  • Experience working with offshore teams or supporting international markets (like the UK).
