Qualifications

Strong understanding of Point-of-Care Testing technologies, instruments, reagents, and consumables.
Knowledge of product specifications, applications, and competitive advantages of POCT devices.
Ability to support product demonstrations, technical presentations, and product training for internal teams and customers.
Working knowledge of clinical laboratory workflows, instrumentation, and testing processes.
Prior exposure to clinical diagnostics, in-vitro diagnostics(IVD), or medical device companies is preferred.
Experience supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product demos and customer trainings is an advantage.

Duties And Responsibilities

Support the Product Manager in managing the full cycle of POCT products, including instruments, reagents, and consumables.
Conduct research to help position POCT products effectively in the market.
Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure smooth product development and commercialization.
Provide operational support to help commercial team promote and sell POCT products.
Monitor product performance metrics and analyze data to support decision-making.
