You will be responsible for executing daily documentation activities in compliance with client documentation and billing requirements. This role involves coordinating closely with internal stakeholders, external clients, and third-party service providers to ensure accurate , timely , and efficient processing of all documentation.
What you’ll do
- Answers queries on phone and email regard to documentation concerns by the delivering parties and internal partners such as 2GO branches and agents, Central Documentation Team and 2GOLI Teams
- Performs Timely, Complete & Accurate encoding and/or tagging at System Applications.
- Assists in Coordination of escalated POD issues from Viber, Call or Text and coordinates to Internal & External Clients in ensuring to close the issue with a Disposition.
- Updates the POD Masterfile (excel file) based on the System Generated Delivery shipments as Booked by Principal Clients with the corresponding POD status update.
- Computes on the Performance based on the Service Level and KPI parameters by Principal Clients.
- Sets escalation to Sales and Principal client based on the gravity of the concern as raised and follows up with closure documented on email
- Assists to team acitvities /process if Inorganic counterpart is not available.
- Submits and sends KPI Report to Superior and Sales.
- Coordinates with IT Team on system-related problems or irregularities.

Educational Background
- Bachelor's Degree
- Business Management/ Supply Chain Management
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 2 years related in Logistics
