We are looking for a highly motivated
Leasing Executive Assistant to join our growing real estate team. This role is designed for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong initiative, and the ability to balance both remote and field work.
As a Leasing Executive Assistant, You Will
- Assist in generating and managing property leads
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and clients for viewings and negotiations
- Support the broker in daily leasing operations, paperwork, and client follow-ups
- Manage online postings, inquiries, and lead tracking
- Represent the company during field appointments (viewings, site visits, client meetings)
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the leasing team
Qualifications
- Strong internet connection (Wi-Fi) and ability to work remotely
- With own laptop
- Social media savvy (an advantage)
- Willing to work 50% from home / 50% in the field (Metro Manila)
- With real estate background or interest in the industry (experience is a plus but not required)
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be available to start immediately

Compensation
- Pure Commission Basis earnings depend on performance
- Unlimited income potential (30,00050,000+ monthly for top performers)

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting Assist in generating leads through online postings, social media, and networking
- Client Handling Respond to inquiries, qualify prospects, and provide property information
- Scheduling & Coordination Arrange property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups between clients and the broker
- Documentation Support Prepare, organize, and manage leasing documents, contracts, and reports
- Property Marketing Post listings online, update ads, and maintain property availability records
- Field Work Conduct site visits, property inspections, and accompany clients during viewings (50% field-based)
- Communication Support Maintain smooth communication between clients, landlords, tenants, and the company
- Deal Assistance Support the broker in negotiations and closing transactions
- Database Management Keep CRM or client databases updated with leads, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Professional Representation Represent the company in a professional manner during client interactions
