J-Digital Co are looking for a Systems Integration Expert [Phillipines based] to help us meet a growing need for CRM integration for our clients.
The following experience would be valued:
- Programming
- Non Code Workflows (Make/Zapier etc)
- Systems integration
- Gohighlevel familiarity and familiarity with GHL endpoints
- Familiarity with working with APIs and end points
Hours: Full time, business hours are 8:30am to 5pm Perth time/PHT
Some flexibility is afforded to this position in terms of working times, but communication with clients during business hours may be needed
Salary range: 1500 to 2000 USD Per month depending on experience with room to progress if you can own the integrations space

- Basic testing in Postman or similar
CRM integration experience
- HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Monday, Jobber, ServiceM8, ServiceTitan, or similar
- Lead/contact sync
- Deal/opportunity sync
- Pipeline mapping
- Custom field mapping
- Two-way sync logic
- Data hygiene and deduplication
Design & Documentation
- Design/DFD to share with client to help with gap analysis/determine requirements
- Technical documentation to share with team for repeatability
