What You’ll Do
- Lead operational control activities in the agents’ commissions domain
- Identify irregular payments, operational gaps, and incorrect system implementations
- Develop, maintain, and improve control processes and methodologies
- Build and maintain controls using Power BI and Power Query
- Perform deep data analysis, investigate operational issues, and conduct root cause analysis
- Lead cross-functional projects and work closely with multiple stakeholders
- Write business requirement documents and collaborate with IT and business teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Strong SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Query
- Experience leading projects and working with multiple stakeholders
- Leadership mindset and desire to grow into a Team Lead role
