Proven experience leading Agile transformations across enterprise environments, including operating model, governance, and cultural change
Extensive hands-on Scrum experience, including coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of traditional project management practices (Waterfall) and ability to guide organizations transitioning from legacy models to Agile
Demonstrated ability to coach both teams and leadership, driving alignment from execution to strategy
Experience with Agile metrics, flow optimization, and continuous improvement practices (retrospectives, “Scrumming the Scrum”)
Ability to work within complex, matrixed organizations and influence without direct authority
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with OCM practices with regard to Agile Transformations
