Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily visa and work permit processing operations.
- Lead and supervise Chinese and Filipino teams.
- Ensure compliance with immigration and labor laws.
- Monitor performance, quality, and service delivery standards.
- Handle client coordination and resolve escalations.
- Identify risks and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in chinese visa processing, immigration services, or visa delivery management
- Strong knowledge of immigration and labor compliance processes (Philippines experience preferred)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
- Proficient in written and spoken English; bilingual skills are an advantage
