What You’ll Do

As the HR/Payroll Coordinator, you’ll be our key offshore resource overseeing essential HR tasks. Here’s what you can expect in your day-to-day role:

• HR Administration: Support job applicant screenings, manage employee records, and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Payroll Processing: Handle payroll for multiple locations, ensuring all calculations are accurate and compliant with US laws.
• Compliance & Reporting: Keep our records audit-ready while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of HR and/or payroll experience in multi-location US operations.
• Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
