Job Summary
The Talent Development and Training Manager is responsible for driving employee growth and workforce capability enhancement through strategic learning programs, technical development initiatives, and leadership training. The role ensures employees are equipped with the skills and competencies required to support a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual learning calendars and enterprise training roadmaps
- Create programs focused on leadership, technical upskilling, and employee development
- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads
- Implement competency-based learning frameworks and career development programs
- Facilitate management and supervisory training programs
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide regular reports to leadership
- Oversee onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for employees
- Manage internal trainers and external training providers
- Ensure compliance with mandatory learning and regulatory training requirements
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related course
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Learning & Development
- At least 3 years experience in a managerial capacity
- Required background from IT, Technology, Software, or Telecommunications industry
- Strong background in training facilitation and program management
- Experience handling large-scale employee development initiatives
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
