Position: ASSOCIATE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Location: GOLDEN ABC, HEAD OFFICE - BALINTAWAK, QC

Key Responsibilities

OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT:

  • SUPERVISE DAILY OPERATIONS (DCM HELP DESK / SMARTSHEET) WITHIN THE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT GROUP TO ENSURE SMOOTH EXECUTION OF TASKS AND ADHERENCE TO ESTABLISHED PROCEDURES.

Timeline Management

  • MONITOR AND MANAGE PROJECT TIMELINES, ENSURING THAT ALLACTIVITIES ARE COMPLETED ON SCHEDULE AND WITHIN SCOPE.

Documentation & Reporting

  • PREPARE AND MAINTAIN ACCURATE DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING WORK ORDERS, MAINTENANCE LOGS (SMART SHEET), COMPLIANCE RECORDS, AND OPERATIONAL REPORTS.

Direct Reporting

  • REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SECTION MANAGER, PROVIDING REGULAR UPDATES ON PROGRESS, ISSUES, AND IMPROVEMENTS.

Activity Supervision

  • OVERSEE ALL ACTIVITIES RELATED TO FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, INCLUDING MAINTENANCE, VENDOR COORDINATION, SAFETY INSPECTION

Required Technical Skills

CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE:

  • DEMONSTRATE STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS AND METHODOLOGIES, INCLUDING SITE PREPARATION, STRUCTURAL SYSTEMS, FINISHING WORKS, AND SAFETY STANDARDS. SUPPORT CONSTRUCTION-RELATED ACTIVITIES AND ENSURE ALIGNMENT WITH FACILITIES MANAGEMENT GOALS.

Contracting Procedures

  • POSSESS A SOUND UNDERSTANDING OF CONTRACTING PROCESSES, INCLUDING VENDOR SELECTION, BIDDING, NEGOTIATION, AND COMPLIANCE WITH PROCUREMENT POLICIES.

Required Behavioral Skills

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

  • EXHIBIT EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR EFFECTIVE COORDINATION WITH INTERNAL TEAMS, VENDORS, AND STAKEHOLDERS.

Analytical And Detail-oriented

  • UTILIZE STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND A KEEN EYE FOR DETAIL TO IDENTIFY ISSUES, PROPOSE SOLUTIONS, AND ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY OUTCOMES.

Relationship Building

  • ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS TO FOSTER A COLLABORATIVE AND PRODUCTIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Electrical/Electronics Engineering or any related course
  • With knowledge/background in construction
  • Will address all store requests related to bulb requests/electrical concerns
  • Will be assign in GABC Balintawak, office based but will mostly do field work
  • Complete Mandatory requirements: (SSS, PAG IBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN)
  • 13TH MONTH PAY
  • PROBATIONARY PERIOD / REGULARIZATION AFTER 6 MONTHS
  • PAID OVERTIME
  • OTHER BENEFITS WILL DISCUSS DURING FINAL INTERVIEW
