BhuMe a fast growing land records app, with a 4.8 rating on both the Play Store and App Store. We works at the messy interface between land records, ownership, transactions, maps, field reality, government data, and trust in India.
This internship is for someone who wants to build software inside that mess.
We’re looking for someone excited by real-world complexity, not just clean, well-scoped problems.
You’ll get a chance to work across geospatial data, AI-assisted workflows, record linkage, satellite imagery, ML model training, GCP infra, data pipelines, and mobile apps.
Our building philosophy is simple: choose tools based on the problem, not the other way around. Use boring tech where boring tech is right. Use newer tools where they genuinely help. The only thing that matters is whether we actually solve the problem.
This is a high-agency role. We care less about what you already know and more about how quickly you can learn, reason, build, and communicate.
The application includes a take-home challenge. It is one representative messy problem. We’ll use it to evaluate how you think, how you use AI and tools, how you handle ambiguity, and how honestly you communicate uncertainty.
