Associate DevOps Support EngineerJob Description

Deploy products/projects updates and fixes
Provide Level 2 technical support
Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
Develop internal dashboards and software to integrate with internal back-end systems
Perform root cause analysis for production errors
Investigate and resolve technical issues
Develop scripts to automate visualization
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Qualifications:

Job Specifications:

Fresher to 6 months experience in DevOps
Good knowledge of Python, Bash and MERN
Basic knowledge of databases like MongoDB, SQ
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Good problem-solving skills

You are inquisitive and eager to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Flexible to work on day and night shifts and will be part of roaster on need basis.
