As an Application Support Engineer - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions and supporting clients across various functions. Within our Managed Services practice, you will help organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. Your expertise in project management, technology, and process optimization will be crucial in delivering quality services to clients.

Your work will involve continuous improvement and optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagement by managing and optimizing managed services processes
- Collaborating with delivery teams to enhance operational performance and efficiency
- Utilizing project management skills to streamline operations and reduce costs for clients
- Engaging in process improvement initiatives to drive continuous service enhancement
- Applying automation frameworks to improve service delivery and operational excellence
- Analyzing data to identify patterns and inform strategic decision-making
- Participating in the design and development of business process automation solutions
- Assisting in the planning and execution of deliverables to meet client expectations
- Troubleshooting performance issues to maintain service quality and reliability
- Contributing to the development of workflow automation to optimize service management
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage service level agreements
- Supporting the transition and management of services to align with client needs and objectives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree & 2+ years of Experience in L2 Application & Product Support role
- Experience working in regulated environments with strong SLA, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
