Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure operational excellence
Monitor sales performance, food costs, labor costs, and profitability
Prepare and analyze P&L reports and recommend improvement strategies
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, and government regulations
Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance
Drive customer satisfaction and service quality initiatives
Coordinate with different departments to achieve business goals

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in restaurant operations management
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards
Experience in P&L (Profit & Loss) Analysis and Reporting
Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and labor management
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools
