Local Peoples is partnering with Vyblee, an innovative hospitality technology company, to recruit an Operations Specialist to join their growing team.
Vyblee is a hotel-facing food-ordering platform that connects hotel guests with on-property and nearby dining options through seamless in-room ordering technology. Operating across the United States and Singapore, Vyblee partners with hotels to deliver exceptional guest dining experiences through technology.
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with a fast-growing international startup and support operations across multiple global markets.
About the Role
As the Operations Specialist, you will work closely with Vyblee's Head of Operations to provide day-to-day support across a broad range of operational activities. From menu management and platform administration to data management, print production coordination, and hotel partner support, you'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across both the US and Singapore markets.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and enjoys working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be available to provide regular overlap with US Pacific or Eastern Time business hours, with occasional support for Singapore operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain menus within Vyblee's ordering platform, including product information, images, descriptions, pricing, and menu variants.
- Manage and maintain QR code trackers, master data records, and operational databases.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and data validation activities.
- Support pre-order consolidation and operational coordination processes.
- Coordinate the end-to-end production of printed marketing materials and collateral, including:
- Basic design adjustments and formatting
- QR code generation and verification
- Liaising with designers and printers
- Managing production and delivery timelines
- Provide operational support across both the US and Singapore markets.
- Assist with ad hoc operational, administrative, and data-related tasks as required.
- Learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and workflows as the business continues to grow.
Skills and Experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable learning and using a range of software platforms and operational tools.
- Experience working with Google Workspace, project management tools, or similar systems.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in hospitality operations, e-commerce, platform administration, or data management is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
