  • Assist recruitment, deployment, orientation, exit process
  • Manage employee timekeeping records and ensure accuracy in attendance data.
  • Maintain and update HR-related files and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases and ensures updated contact information of employees quarterly.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), utak POS and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding attendance.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to time off, absences, and leave balances and other basic HR-related concerns
  • .Assist HR-related documents such as employment contracts, memos, and certificates.
  • Processes IDs and employee kits of new employees and coordinates with suppliers.
  • Serves as the point of contact for work-from-home support.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department and other departments as required.
  • Provides administrative support across the HR, Benefits, and HRIS functions (once available)
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes as needed
  • Accomplishes other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate manager.
