Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Assistant to support our Residential Structural Team. This role provides administrative and project support to ensure the efficient delivery of deliverables. This role acts as a bridge between the structural team and clients by supporting day-to-day operations.

This is a 1-year contract position, with the possibility of extension based on project needs. Working hours are 11am to 7pm EST.

Responsibilities.

• Upload structural deliverables to all clients
• Intake and import project requests across different platforms
• Ensure internal and external platforms are updated upon uploads of documents to clients
• Communicate to internal teams when client updates, requests, or documents are received
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of documents or responses
• Support various administrative or data entry tasks as needed

Qualifications And Skills

• At least 1 year of data entry and/or project administration experience
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with different CRMs such as Dynamics 365 is an asset but not required
• Comfortable learning and navigating new platforms

*** Starting at 23,000 PHP with opportunities to increase pay as additional skills are developed.
