About Our Client
Is a fast-growing real estate development and construction company focused on high-end residential and mixed-use projects across the U.S. They specialize in luxury construction, architecture, development, and project management, delivering innovative and design-driven spaces with a strong emphasis on quality, efficiency, and attention to detail. Their team works across the full project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and operational management, creating modern, functional, and visually refined environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on project design and development of the project Revit model.
- Manage the Revit model per the company standards.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring coordination and communication between architectural and consultant
documentation.
- Assist with construction project engineering, including but not limited to quantity take-offs and estimating
Requirements
- Professional degree in architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, and G-suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project scheduling, design development, construction detailing, and
construction administration.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work well in a team environment.
Work Conditions
- Location: Colombia
- Job Type: Hybrid
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm EST
- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
