Job Title: Walmart Marketplace Virtual Assistant

Location: Fully Remote, Philippines

Rate: $8 - $13 an hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time

Job Type: Full-Time

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Walmart Marketplace Virtual Assistant to oversee daily seller account operations, product sourcing, shipment coordination, order management, listing optimization, and marketplace compliance.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience managing Walmart Marketplace seller accounts who can independently handle operational workflows, supplier coordination, inventory monitoring, and account performance optimization in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Walmart Marketplace seller accounts on a daily basis
  • Source profitable products and identify reliable U.S.-based suppliers
  • Coordinate shipments and oversee order fulfillment processes
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings within Walmart Seller Center
  • Monitor sales activity, account performance, and inventory levels
  • Handle refunds, cancellations, return requests, and customer order concerns
  • Ensure product listings comply with Walmart Marketplace policies and standards
  • Research product categories, pricing trends, and competitor activity
  • Communicate with suppliers and coordinate purchasing activities
  • Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, inventory, and marketplace operations
  • Analyze sales trends and recommend operational or listing improvements
  • Resolve account-related issues while maintaining strong marketplace health metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Walmart Marketplace seller accounts
  • Strong understanding of Walmart Seller Center operations and workflows
  • Experience with product sourcing and supplier research
  • Knowledge of shipment coordination, order management, and listing processes
  • Ability to independently manage marketplace tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Experience handling refunds, cancellations, and account-related issues efficiently
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote environment

  • Must be willing to undergo a background verification check during the final stages of the hiring process.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
