About The Role
As the
Sourcing Manager within the Talent Acquisition (Top-of-Funnel Operations) department, you will design and execute cutting-edge, top-of-funnel talent attraction strategies. Based in a hybrid setup at the Reliance IT Building in Pasig, your mission is to expand companys talent communities across digital platforms, universities, and regional geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Architecture: Architect the overarching passive talent strategy, building robust, long-term talent communities for highly competitive technical skill sets.
- Pipeline & Budget Management: Manage budgets and optimization across all candidate generation pipelines, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, referral networks, and local recruitment marketing efforts.
- Employer Branding & Campus Outreach: Spearhead Company Employer Branding initiatives, partnering with external campus networks and technical institutes for tech graduate recruitment.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor mapping, and compensation shifts across the telecommunications landscape to refine candidate outreach campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Coach and upscale the Sourcing Specialists on advanced boolean strings, cold-outreach messaging, and target talent profiling.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Human Resources.
- Experience: 1-3+ years of dedicated experience in passive talent sourcing, candidate pipe-lining, or recruitment marketing
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in talent mapping tools, social recruiting, and interpreting talent acquisition analytics.
