About the Role


We are currently looking for a motivated and people-focused Candidate Manager – Talent Acquisition to join our growing recruitment team supporting the Australian market, with a strong focus on Blue Collar and Labour Hire recruitment.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment, enjoys candidate sourcing and relationship management, and understands the urgency and coordination required in blue-collar hiring.


You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across labour hire, trades, construction, warehousing, manufacturing, and industrial sectors while supporting consultants with recruitment coordination and talent pipeline management.


You will primarily support recruitment across:


  • Blue Collar / Labour Hire
  • Trades & Construction
  • Industrial, Warehousing & Manufacturing
  • White Collar – Engineering & Construction
  • White Collar – Aviation & Renewable Energy (Oil & Gas)

Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pooling


  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, job boards, databases, referrals, and social media platforms
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for labour hire and high-volume recruitment needs
  • Conduct market mapping and candidate research across trades, industrial, and construction sectors
  • Proactively identify qualified candidates for urgent and hard-to-fill roles
  • Manage candidate availability, mobilisation readiness, and engagement


Candidate Management


  • Conduct initial screening and qualification calls
  • Assess candidates based on licences, tickets, certifications, site experience, and availability
  • Coordinate onboarding, registrations, inductions, and compliance documentation
  • Schedule interviews, medicals, and mobilisation activities where required
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience


Recruitment Support


  • Assist consultants with candidate shortlists and recruitment administration
  • Maintain accurate records, compliance documents, and CRM updates
  • Support interview coordination, reference checks, and onboarding processes
  • Monitor candidate attendance, availability, and placement updates
  • Assist with high-volume recruitment campaigns and urgent staffing requirements


Market & Business Support


  • Support lead generation and talent mapping activities
  • Monitor industry hiring trends and labour market activity
  • Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes


What We’re Looking For


  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or recruitment administration
  • Strong exposure to:

Blue Collar

Labour Hire

Trades & Construction

Industrial or Manufacturing recruitment

  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment and fast-moving vacancies is highly regarded
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented mindset
  • Experience recruiting for the Australian market is highly regarded
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, and recruitment CRM systems is advantageous
