InventorX Technologies is seeking a skilled iOS Developer who is passionate about creating high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in iOS development and demonstrates a strong ownership mindset. This position focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining iOS applications using Swift and related technologies. The developer works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences and robust app performance. The role requires a deep understanding of iOS frameworks, mobile UI/UX principles, and best practices in security and testing.
The iOS Developer plays a critical role in the full application lifecycle, from concept to deployment on the App Store. The developer handles version control, writes unit tests, and implements continuous integration to ensure code quality. They use profiling tools to optimize app performance and integrate RESTful APIs for smooth data handling. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the developer is expected to take ownership of projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute proactively to improving development processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, performant iOS applications using Swift and Xcode.
- Implement user interfaces with UIKit and Auto Layout to ensure responsive and adaptive designs.
- Manage local data persistence and synchronization using Core Data and other storage solutions.
- Integrate RESTful APIs to support dynamic data exchange and backend communication.
- Use version control systems such as Git to manage code changes and collaborate with the development team.
- Write unit tests and adopt Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to maintain code reliability and reduce defects.
- Apply continuous integration practices to automate building, testing, and deployment processes.
- Optimize application performance using profiling tools and apply security best practices to protect user data.
- Prepare and deploy applications to the Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks in existing applications.
- Stay current with the latest iOS development trends, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve the product quality.
- Demonstrate ownership of assigned projects by proactively identifying issues, proposing solutions, and managing timelines.
