Overview
We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team as an Independent Contractor. This role focuses on guiding clients through onboarding, ensuring effective product adoption, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Times, Los Angeles, CA time. with one hour unpaid for break
Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use our products/services effectively
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive support and addressing concerns
- Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Assist clients with issues, collaborate with internal teams, and provide prompt solutions
- Product Adoption & Engagement: Monitor client usage, provide best practices, and ensure clients maximize value from offerings
- Collaboration: Work closely with CEO and support teams to improve the client experience and relay feedback
- Performance Metrics: Track key success metrics such as onboarding completion rates, client satisfaction, and retention
Requirements
- Experience in Client Success, Account Management, Onboarding, or Customer Support
- Experience in a clinical, medical, or healthcare clinic is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, support tools, and virtual communication platforms
Highly Regarded Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in ASANA
- 3–5 years of client success experience
- Multilingual capabilities
- Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction metrics
