Main Functions
The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of complex programs. This role ensures alignment with company strategy, customer commitments, and business goals while coordinating cross-functional & cross-plant resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
The position holds delegated authority across functions & across plants (including production, purchasing, and scheduling) to make customer commitments and drive successful outcomes. This is a critical leadership role in a high-reliability manufacturing environment serving aerospace, defense, and other demanding industries. Communicates status of projects both internally and externally.

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, APIC's, and/or 7+ years of relevant experience required.
Experience Requirements
7+ years project or program management experience in advanced flexible interconnect products (flex, rigid flex, heaters, laminated PCB with value added assembly & services) or other related manufacturing experience.
