Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate customer implementation and deployment processes across multiple clients
- Synchronize activities between Solutions, Product, R&D, DevOps, and customer stakeholders
- Continuously track implementation progress, identify gaps, blockers, and operational risks
- Build and maintain clear cross-company visibility into customer statuses and ongoing processes
- Design and manage Jira workflows, dashboards, and automations for full operational oversight
- Create scalable methodologies, tracking processes, and playbooks to support company growth
- Coordinate resources and timelines to ensure smooth and timely customer deployments
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in PMO / Operations / Project Operations roles in a technological environment
- Proven experience managing customer implementations, onboarding, or deployment processes
- Expert-level Jira skills, including workflows, automations, and advanced dashboards
- Strong ability to manage multiple parallel processes and stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to proactively identify gaps, escalate blockers, and drive execution forward
- Excellent English communication skills
