We are looking for a versatile
HR Generalist who can work
full onsite at our office while managing our distributed, remote workforce. The ideal candidate will know how to effectively handle remote working staff and possess a strong background in sourcing digital talentsapproaching recruitment with the same creativity and strategy used to scout Influencers.
Key Responsibilities
- Remote Employee Management: Act as the main onsite HR point of contact, ensuring high engagement, productivity, and a positive culture for our remote staff.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Active involvement in shaping the candidate journey from screening and interviewing through to providing feedback and negotiating offers of employment.
- Strategic Sourcing: Applying expertise and knowledge in sourcing candidates. You will scout tech and creative talents similarly to how we recruit influencers using platforms like Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Candidate Assessment: Responsible for arranging and conducting interviews and implementing screening assessments to determine if they would be a good fit for the organizations culture and needs.
- Process Improvement: Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy and maintaining our ATS to track and build a database of candidate records and talent pool.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, and Human Resources.
- Experience handling and managing remote working staff.
- One or more years of successful volume recruiting experience in tech profile and digital talents.
- Experience or strong familiarity with influencer recruitment (knowing how to approach, negotiate, and onboard digital content creators).
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong, effective verbal and written communication skills.
