The Telemarketers responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Conduct cold calls by making numerous outbound calls to potential clients
- Research and identify potential leads through business directories, online searches, and digital resources
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions, information, and support
- Accurately record and update customer information in the database
- Create and maintain a database of prospective clients
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Coordinator and team
- Build and manage sales pipelines, including coordination with channel partners
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelors degree or Vocational course, preferably in Electronics, Management, Computer-related, or similar fields
- At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or lead generation
- Technical knowledge in auxiliary systems or electronics is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with potential clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Results-oriented, persistent, and proactive with a positive mindset
- Patient and able to handle rejection professionally
- Team player with an energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality
- Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Preferably residing in Pasig, Mandaluyong, or nearby areas
- Available to start immediately
