Our Client is looking for a
Solution Architect.
This is for a 32 month contract onsite/offsite in Regina, Sask. as requirements dictate for the work. In person meetings and discussions will be required, some remote discussions will be acceptable depending on work requirements. The candidate should live in the Regina vicinity.
Role: Solution Architect
Start Date: July 6, 2026
End Date: March 31, 2029
Location: Onsite in Regina is preferred
Experience Level: Intermediate - Senior
Hours of Work: No on call rotation expected.
Overtime is limited and the candidate may be asked to change work hours to be outside of normal business hours, but not usually to exceed 40 hours in one week.

Position and/or Project Description: Expertise in servers, storage, network and data center planning and infrastructure
Mandatory Education/Certifications
TOGAF or equivalent integrated infrastructure experience
Desired Education/Certifications
- 2 to 4 years formal education or training (technical school or university).
- 10+ years experience in related IT Infrastructure and providing Infrastructure expertise or solutions
Mandatory Experience
Projects and support that include Cisco, Azure, network, storage, data center, server and related products. This should be from a solution architecture perspective and include:
- Intel.
- IBM.
- Cisco.
- Storage.
Desired Experience
Solution architecture experience. 10+ years experience in related IT Infrastructure and providing Infrastructure expertise or solutions
Deliverables
Deliverables to include:
- Detailed Solution Design (DSD): This includes comprehensive documentation of the solution architecture, covering aspects such as system integration, data flow, security measures, and compliance requirements.
- Technical Specification Document (TSD): This document provides detailed technical requirements and specifications for the infrastructure solution. It includes hardware and software requirements, network configurations, and other technical details necessary for implementation.
- Related advise, guidance and consultation and preliminary design and documents (CSD - Conceptual Solution Design, Discovery, Core Infrastructure Planning).
