The Role
- Provide configuration, sustainment, user support, AI-enabled workflow enhancement, compliance documentation support, and reporting services.
- Assist with technical configuration, automation, sustainment, and AI-enabled workflow integration.
- Configure and support Government-approved AI-enabled tools for drafting assistance, summarization, structured data extraction, and quality review support.
- Develop and maintain low-code workflows and operational dashboards within Microsoft 365 or comparable enterprise environments.
- Develop and maintain a Configuration Baseline Package with version history and system administration guides.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of experience.
- Experience with a minimum of 2 programming languages (Python preferred).
- Experience utilizing AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, Chatgpt, etc.).
- Experience using Power BI for reporting and proficiency in M365 tools.
- Experience configuring or administering WebEOC (or equivalent) and building low code automations or BI dashboards.
- Ability to be on-call 24/7 and respond to mission alerts within 15 minutes.
