We are responsible for professionally supporting AI utilization in field operations, including establishing strategies for automotive R&D digitalization and intelligence, disseminating technologies, providing necessary infrastructure, identifying and implementing development projects.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will establish digital asset management tools and AI service platforms for converting unstructured data into AI-optimized data (AI-ready data), and based on this foundation, develop customized AI applications tailored to business operations and establish quality improvement systems, continuously expanding and advancing AI adoption.
■ AI Project Discovery and Implementation Planning
- Identifying business improvement opportunities from an AI perspective and defining projects through consulting activities including operational analysis, business deliverable reviews, and stakeholder interviews
- Establishing AI technology utilization plans spanning from data acquisition to AI model development, evaluation, and deployment
- Reviewing appropriateness of external resource utilization and collaborating with optimal experts and specialized vendors when necessary
■ Automotive Engineering Intelligence Application Development
- Establishing detailed AI application development strategies and providing technical leadership
- Designing platforms and establishing service operation systems for AI application expansion and adoption
- Designing, developing, and optimizing generative AI-based practical applications
■ Analysis and Internalization of Latest AI Technology Trends
- Continuously monitoring evolving AI technology trends through AI trend analysis, paper research, and other means
- Selecting, verifying, and internalizing cutting-edge AI technologies considering applicability and effectiveness from the automotive R&D perspective
- Discovering ready-made AI application services and libraries and promoting internal utilization
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Statistics-related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or AI application/service development
- Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and oral business communication) and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in programming languages and various frameworks/libraries required for AI development
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Statistics-related fields
- Experience in providing technical leadership for SI (System Integration) projects
- Experience in building AI service platforms
