職務内容:
Job Description
- Oversee aircraft turnaround activities (loading, unloading, fueling, pushback)
- Ensure on-time departures and arrivals,
- Enforce ramp safety procedures and aviation regulations
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Supervise ramp agents, equipment operators, and ground crew
- Train and develop staff on procedures and safety standards
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of ground support equipment (GSE)
- Optimize resource utilization to improve efficiency
- Analyze operational data to improve efficiency
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in ground handling or airport operations
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- Strong knowledge of ramp safety and aviation procedures
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
